Baby Idol!

I am finally blogging once again and have put it on the very long 'To Do' list to continue to blog religiously. I just had to blog today though because Baby Idol voting has started and I am anxious to see how things turn out. I entered my daughter, Jasmine just to see if she'd make it to the TOP 500...yes 500! Out of 6,000 babies there will be a top 500. Her odds are slim...but hey, it's worth a shot! ;)

Happy Valentines Day...and my very first blog!

A great Valentines Day it was...
Days such as these play a nice reminder to not only remember your loved ones but to also remember how much they love you.
I started by day by reluctantly getting out of bed to make chocolate covered strawberries for work when I was delightfully surprised by them already being done. Awww, Chris...he made them for me so that I could get extra sleep. =)
So instead of going back to sleep, I decided to take extra time for getting ready for work and breakfast. Well, after taking my 'extra' time, I ended up running late anyways. I ran to my car, opened my door and found this.

Excited, surprised, giddy, speechless...are all the words that described what I felt when I seen that sitting in my drivers seat. I was happy. He made my strawberries and now this? Awww...
This is what is left of my beautiful strawberries (which by the way is no more, since my co-workers decided to do take out on them).

I can truly say mine and Chris's love has grown. We have been through a lot, maybe not as much as other couples, but we have fought our own battles. This love has been a whirlwind of craziness, happiness, tears and even more laughter... and I wouldn't have it any other way. Love you Babe!
